1 Sales & Consulting

The sales team with four employees advises customers and interested parties directly on site. With a lot of know-how from many years of working in the graphic arts industry, they analyse the companies' requirements and present the Printplus products on this basis. They are supported by administrative staff.

2 Organisational consulting

Our team of specialised organisational consultants is the direct interface to the customer. Industry specialists speak the language of our customers and competently ensure the smooth use of the industry software. The overall concept of software, installation, consultancy, training and hotline is realised by the organisational consulting unit.

3 Software development

The team of software developers consists of highly trained computer scientists. In-house software development with direct contact to the team of industry specialists and customers guarantees functional, practical and user-friendly software. Customer requirements and requests are regularly implemented in the software.

4 Product management

The team of product managers oversees the transfer of new versions from development to organisational consulting, tests and documents new functions and trains the organisational consultants in their use. ERFA groups and customers with a beta installation are supported directly by these employees. This team is supported by marketing.
