Printplus Mobile

Printplus Mobile supports field employees. Quickly get answers to questions like: "What's my next appointment, what offer do I need to follow up on, or how do I contact the next customer appointment."

The app can be downloaded and used free of charge from the respective stores. Users of the Printplus DRUCK industry software connect the app directly to the integrated CRM solution Printplus DRUCK IVIS. The connection enables the comparison of the changed and recorded data with the central company database. Unlike many other solutions, the data is synchronised directly between the device and the company database and is not temporarily stored in the cloud.

Functions of Printplus Mobile

The start screen shows you the appointments and tasks planned for today. It is supplemented with a reminder of past activities that have not been completed. You can go directly to the details of tasks and appointments from the overview. With the quick access bar, you immediately open the communication channels or the route planner for the contact. After the appointment you record the meeting report directly in the app and set the activity to "completed".

In the ToDo list, you can conveniently scroll through the timeline. You can recognise open appointments and tasks in the timeline. The associated list provides compact information on upcoming appointments and tasks. The synchronised view of the timeline and task list makes working with the view flexible and quick.

The calendar is provided as an alternative to the ToDo list. The monthly view shows a quick overview of the whole month. Appointments and tasks are labelled in different colours and enable a quick overview of the month. The view is supplemented with the day list for the individual marked day.

The contacts allow you to access the addresses and contact persons from the IVIS or the data you have entered in the app. The most important partners can be marked as Favourites and are available for quick access. The address view shows you the contact persons of the address and the activities. Combined with the data reconciliation, field employees are always promptly informed about all activities with the address and contact person. The quick access bar is also available in this view.

The activities area allows flexible searching by activities. This access is used when neither date nor address are known. Searching is quick and easy via keyword.

If documents are attached to tasks and appointments in IVIS, they can be downloaded and displayed. The documents remain stored on the device for a while.

For the planning of appointments, other calendars of the device can be integrated into Printplus Mobile. Have the public holidays or private appointments displayed in the app without saving them in the company database.

In addition, it is also possible to synchronise the addresses and contact persons with the local address book of the device. Thanks to this function, you can contact customers conveniently from the car and the names of callers are displayed to you.

Printplus Mobile users can send urgent information to any employee in the company by data set email. When opening the file attachment, the address or activity is directly displayed to the recipient. It is also possible to open such file attachments in Printplus Mobile.

Printplus Mobile is a native CRM app for the Android and iOS operating systems. You can obtain the app free of charge from the respective stores. Printplus DRUCK or Printplus VERLAG users can compare data. The comparison is carried out by a service that must be installed on the Printplus customer's system and enabled for remote access.
